  1. The ‘Golden Years’. Being of a similar vintage, I can say that. Let’s make the most of them! (Cake looks delicious, by the way – enjoy!!)

  2. .Minutes after my seeing this picture, my friend emailed. She asked if I wanted some left over Christmas cake as her sister didn’t trust her husband not to scoff it all. Guess what my answer was? I believe it is on its way now. Back on the diet tomorrow, folks !
