Today’s the day (Wednesday, September 17th) when the application for a permanent rugby stadium on the Rec comes before the B&NES Planning Committee.
As already reported, the committee can comment but not decide on the application as everything has to go up for consideration by the Secretary of State for Housing and Local Government.
