A day that started with grey skies and drizzle but which ended in warm September sunshine.
How lucky was the Swainswick Harvest Beer Festival that it had chosen yesterday for this annual event.
There’s a real sense of community – this Woolley Valley side of Larkhall – and all to raise funds for St Mary’s Church at Upper Swainswick.
Well done to the organisers -and l hope there will be healthy profit when you come to count the takings.
Psssst. They might never let me in again. A fine choice of ales from the region and l drank wine!
