Seriously B&NES – why are cycle hoops disappearing from outside the Guildhall?
Every year they are removed for the Remembrance Day Parade and every year it seems a couple less are returned to their rightful places – after the event.
Central parking for cyclists is at a premium – especially as scooters and motorbikes sometimes park up with the pedal variety too.
We used to have two decent ranks outside this building and now that is a far distant memory.
What is going on? I have asked for comment.
