I noticed contractors putting up the new traffic lights for the newly restored pedestrian crossing outside the Victoria Art Gallery this morning.
Could be not only up but running by tomorrow?!

Richard as you are a cyclist and me a pedestrian I would love you comments on the new cycle lanes there.
If I was cycling I would be very confused.
I will reserve judgement until all the roadworks around there are completed.
