More supermarket fridges not handling rising temperatures.

Not very attractive Sainsbury’s Local on Monmouth Street.

They should be fridges with doors. Wasted energy as well with open shelving
That porch has always been one of the more unsavoury ‘secret corners’ of Bath., whether it’s heaps of abandoned bedding, agressive tethered dogs, cash machine lurkers or as a shelter from the elements for unfortunate victims of urban deprivation. The shop management don’t seem to be able to manage it. One place where a few strategically placed garlands of plastic flowers might be an improvement! Many years ago this was the entrance to the downmarket Tiffany’s nightclub, where the dress code surprisingly called for all male customers to wear ties. I remember the Natural Theatre Co going down there on a busy Saturday night in smart tuxedos with a rack of ties and dickie bows from their charity shop which they sold to rejected young gents for 50p a go . Re the fridges in the picture, they DO seem to have sliding doors..
