Bloom and gloom in Saint John’s Road.

Fly tipping on the other side of the road.

Whilst in Southern Ireland it’s been ver refreshing to see a lack of fly-tipping and littering. They seem to have more respect for their surroundings.
I wonder how often rubbish is collected in Ireland and how easy is it to get large items collected by the council? There seems to be a direct relationship between less frequent collections, and dumping of rubbish and fly-tipping.
