I don’t know whether l am lucky or not to be able to look back at myself 40 years ago.
I have been watching the HTV West 1985 Review of the Year – a year that saw me in both the Falklands and Ethiopia!
This Sunday morning finds me with a bit of a stiff neck (crumbling vertebrae) and a cough, but at least I can look back on younger and fitter days!!
I am tempted to miss those days terribly, but I am comforted by knowing that what I miss does not exist anymore.
