A Christmas card for Wera

Bath’s MP, Wera Hobhouse, has launched a Christmas card competition open to all primary school children across the city.

Mrs Hobhouse has written to pupils across the constituency, encouraging them to get creative and design a card that captures the spirit of “Christmas in Bath.” The winning entry will be printed and sent as the MP’s official Christmas card.

Budding artists can submit their A4 or A5 designs via email to office@werahobhouse.co.uk with the subject “Christmas Card Competition” or by post to 31 James Street West, Bath, BA1 2BT, by November 17th.

Wera Hobhouse, MP for Bath, commented:

“I am calling on Bath’s talented young artists to submit their designs illustrating the magic of our beautiful city during the festive season.

“Think twinkling lights, the Christmas Market, and snow dusting our historic streets. This is a wonderful chance for local children to showcase their artistic skills and imagination.”

“I can’t wait to see the bright, colourful, and inventive creations from our local children,” remarked the MP. “Get creative, have fun with it, and capture the magic of a Bath Christmas!”
