My thanks to Dr Michael Pritchard for pointing out another mess that has been cleared up.
This time by the River Authority l would think.
He writes: ‘The trees and vegetation have just been cleared from the cut just by Pulteney Bridge and weir.’
And he took a picture to prove it!
A big improvement on the state of that inlet on the River Avon when Rob Coles took this shot!
Took a look myself this morning and the tree trunks – trapped on and by the weir – have also been removed.
Looking much nicer for our visitors!
