Bath on the big screen

The Museum of Bath at Work is running a series of historic films—with contemporary resonance—as part of the Bath Fringe Festival.

The first features the city itself! Made in 1963 – with a star cast supported by many local extras! – ‘80,000 Suspects’ shows Bath under quarantine after Smallpox breaks out.

Brings Covid lockdowns to mind eh?

All of the films will be shown at the Museum of Bath at Work, Julian Road,
Bath, BA1 2RH. Light refreshments will be available.
