Kite flying at The Edge

Hitched a lift to the University of Bath campus on Friday to have a look at a creative art space that is now being managed by the Holburne Museum.

My driver was Dr Chris Stephens who is the Director of the Holburne and the man who was going to tell me more about ‘The Edge’ university building – which houses the Andrew Brownsword Gallery they are using – and the current and colourful exhibition on display.

If you’re coming to The Edge by public transport the journey time is 15 mins. The U1 bus leaves from the St Marys Church stop ( next to the Holburne) every 30 minutes to the Arrivals Square (Stop B) at the University of Bath. The Edge Gallery is across the road from the bus stop.

Travelling by car takes 6 mins. From the Holburne car park turn left onto Sydney. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Bathwick Hill. After approx 1.5 miles turn left onto Norwood Avenue. After half a mile, a car park and The Edge Gallery are on the right. Place
