There’s nothing like the yellow of Bath stone against a brilliant blue sky but – away from that brightness – recorded earlier today – the city’s Abbey has just opened an exhibition which explores a much darker side to our historical past and one that links the church with colonialism and the transatlantic slave trade.
I met up with Bath Abbey’s Learning Officer, Polly Andrews, to find out more about this new exhibition.
