Bath’s HMV store is closed.

Despite the company’s ‘rescue’ by Canadian firm Sunrise Records, it was sad to see Bath amongst the list of HMV stores that have been closed with the total loss of 455 jobs.

One of those jobs belongs to a friend of mine who l am sorry to see in this situation. Another closed shop on our city centre streets.

Meanwhile, just across the road and near Bath Street, more graffiti vandalism on part of the colonnade.
