After bringing you a colourful crystal chandelier yesterday, we came across a radical alternative while we were out in the souk enjoying one of the best veggie burgers we have ever tasted.
Two of them hung above our heads in Broc the Kasbah – not only offering a vegetarian menu but also recycled clothing. Old garments transformed into new ones. Materials turned into new commodities—everything from belts to bags.
It’s a small but hopeful sign in a bustling and tourist-crowded marketplace strewn with rubbish and plagued by motorbikes.
