  1. I’d like to echo the feeling generally in Bath: our city’s streets are a disgrace. Filthy, unwashed pavements covered in gum, litter and worse; recycling detritus everywhere you look boarded up architectural gems and increasingly useless and confusing roadworks at every conceivable junction. What the tourists see is a city in decline; what we as residents see is to the council’s shame.
