Another day filled with summer sunshine and high temperatures.
However, after weeks of cloudless skies and with almost three-quarters of England formerly designated as being in drought, the novelty has worn off.

Here in Bath, our parks are parched and green turns to gold.
It’s in Sydney Gardens this morning that l sat down to talk to Cllr Oli Henman about the effect climate change is having on Bath.

We were also able to talk about some way of visually displaying the impact Brunel’s Great Western Railway had on this former Georgian pleasure Garden.

Oh, I almost forgot, on the day B&NES announced progress in restoring the duck ponds in Royal Victoria Park, Cllr Henman had much to say on the subject!!
Do listen on………..
Further updates will be posted on the council’s social media channels and on the Royal Victoria Park pond webpage.
