We’re incredibly proud that we have been shortlisted for Findmypast’s Everyday History Heroes 2026 — a new national award launched by historian and broadcaster David Olusoga OBE to celebrate the people and organisations who keep local history alive.
The Bath Jewish Burial Ground, telling the stories of the ordinary families, migrants, craftsmen, business owners and children who helped shape Bath over more than 200 years, is a unique part of our city’s diverse heritage. Thanks to our trustees, these everyday histories have been rescued from being forgotten and shared with thousands of visitors.
The public is now invited to VOTE for their favourite site, so now we need your help to bring national recognition home to Bath.
