  1. It will eventually solidify and become dry land. Then we can build another block of student flats on it. Im surprised that heavy cloud burst didnt dislodge it and send it downstream past my place. After one such storm I spotted bobbing past my balcony a complete pub table bench combo, a wooden xylophone and a realistic toy monkey!
