If you’re free tomorrow night (Friday, April 24th) and looking for something rather special to do, can I recommend the 4th Volunteer-Led ‘Up-Late’ at the Holburne Museum?
The previous three were highly successful and bask in the glory of being the museum’s top 3 best-attended events since its reopening in 2011.

“With my Holburne volunteer’s hat on once again, I wonder if your Newseum readers might be interested in the attached flyer (+ programme summary, below), for our 4th Volunteer-Led Up-Late, taking place this Friday evening.
The previous 3 Up-Lates, run entirely by the Volunteers Re-Framed group, were hugely successful, being the Museum’s top 3 best-attended events since its re-opening in 2011!
We’re hoping this Friday’s event will break all records!
We are once again offering Free entry to the Museum’s Collection; Free entry to the Iconic Zandra Rhodes exhibition; and reduced-price entry to the highly acclaimed Sir Don McCullin exhibition.
Both exhibitions finish early May – this is a last chance for visitors to catch them both.
The evening is loosely Zandra-themed, with Four Free Film showings of a Zandra bio from her early iconic years; Free creative workshops making Fans; Fantastic BBQ Food & Fizz in the glorious setting of our garden; Funky live music from popular Bath locals The All Stars singing their way through Zandra’s Desert Island Discs Favourites; and (a First for the Holburne) a chance to ‘Meet our Curators’ at their ‘Conservation Station’, for a rare opportunity to view Collection items in need of urgent restoration & to discover how they go about this.
So…plenty of ‘F’s….Friday from Five, a Fun evening, for Free, packed with Fizz, Food, Fans, Film and Fabulousness!

Free entry to Museum Collection Galleries (normal price £16.50).
Free entry to Zandra Rhodes exhibition (last chance to see).
