Bird and Blend have done a good job of brightening up the windows of the empty floors above their store, AND l see covered up that rooftop graffiti.

But will it that rooftop daubing get a permanent fix?

  1. Wouldn’t it be great if all these empty floors above shops could be turned into housing. It would provide well needed homes for people who want to live and work in the centre. Dropping VAT on renovation rather than development would help.

    1. It would not be a huge surprise to me to hear that that you need Council approval to clean off graffiti on a listed building and/or in a Conservation area.
