Joe Wicks – aka The Body Coach – will be headlining next year’s ReBalance Bath, which returns for another three-week celebration from 28th January – 16th February 2026.
With a focus on feel-good, mindful experiences to help audiences start the year refreshed and rebalanced, the festival promises an inspiring programme of events across the city.
Known worldwide as The Body Coach, Joe will be joining the festival to discuss his brand-new book Protein in 15, which features 80 quick, protein-packed, unprocessed recipes for the whole family.
Joe Wicks added, “I’m so excited to be part of ReBalance Bath 2026. My new book Protein in 15 is all about making healthy eating simple and fun, and I can’t wait to share it with families in Bath.”

Also new to this year, ReBalance Bath will be working with the Bath Box Office to offer a wide variety of tickets all in one place. Tickets are launching on 26th November.
