Not to be outdone at the time, the Natural Theatre Company, as part of Bath Arts Workshop, dressed as (literally) faceless planners, borrowed a number of brightly coloured doors from Walcot Reclamation and installed them temporarily in front of the offending yellow door and adjoining properties, reacting with mock shock horror and making copious notes on their clipboards .
And long may it continue! A minor ‘infringement’ compared with some of the other obscenities inflicted upon the poor old Royal Crescent and its occupants!
