My eyes and ears can’t be everywhere at once, so it’s good to get some images sent in by you – my followers.

Abigail Newton was down by Bath Spa Station when she saw these men at work cleaning the Bath stone making up Brunel’s original railway vaults. With a retail unit To Let beneath, obviously first impressions count!

She writes: “I saw this in town and thought you might be interested for your blog.  I hope it’s OK to send you these things, I really enjoy reading your emails.”

  1. Hi Richard – yes great to see some cleaning up, but what about the missing clock over the front canopy?
