By the Way

Just across the road from the south side of Bath Abbey is the end of terrace art gallery 44AD. It’s got quite a reputation for promoting artists who specialise in contemporary and visual art.

Currently it’s been exhibiting the works of one such person who didn’t have far to bring his paintings for hanging.

Croatian-born Dragomir Misina’s studio is upstairs in the building, – there are three floors of studio spaces – and he has been associated with the gallery over the 12 years of its development.

He was at art school in Bath with its originator, and now Project Director, Katie O’Brien.

It was a port-of-call for me and my husband today – as we walked into town – and enjoyed the sunshine.

Dragomir’s website is dragomirmisina.co.uk and he’d be pleased to welcome people to his studio.
