After all l said about a trip to Bordeaux in France, and seeing jasmine around so many shop doors, here’s the living proof that at least one business in Bath is doing the same thing!
I spotted this fine display around the entrance to Walcot House – in Walcot Street of course.
I wish them – and us – much summer sunshine to bring on the growth. After all l have said about the hideous growing rash of plastic flowers, here’s living proof that all is not lost.
PS Just had short trip to Birmingham and they have the same issue it seems with artificial floral displays.
However, unlike Bath, they also have a decided lack of any real greenery in the city centre. Plastic lawns don’t do it for me either!
