Finally, the scaffolding is going up around the Victoria Art Gallery to enable a workforce to sort out the problems with the glass roof.
The sooner it is done the sooner the upper gallery can reopen! Let’s hope what they find – after a comprehensive inspection – will be able to be dealt with both quickly and at not too much a cost!
