Sorry l wasn’t able to make a rather special city centre event last night. l had parcel collection issues and couldn’t, in the end, leave my house – but just look what l missed!
Bespoke Getaways hosted a special event at the award-winning Bandook Kitchen (Bath Life Best Restaurant 2024 – Indian Street Food) with the aim of inspiring the local community to plan their trip of a lifetime in South Asia.
At the event, guests enlivened their senses with Indian tapas while hearing about what Bespoke Getaways has to offer, from Hem Patel the owner and CEO of the company, and some of his happy travellers.
Hem Patel is British-born, of Indian heritage, with a rich and varied career working and living in Asia for 20 years. He knows South Asia like the back of his hand and is ‘in the know’ of some of the best ‘hidden gems’ in the region, untouched by mainstream tourism.
