Many ‘creativity seeds’ were planted during the dark and isolated days of the COVID-19 pandemic.
One of them l have watched grow and grow – judging by the number of emails l have received over the last three years from Tessa Armstrong.

No stranger to working with children, she came up with the idea of using singing to give young people more hope and confidence for their future. Voices for Life was born – here in Bath – with ‘ the vision to inspire children to be happy and confident through singing, confidence and well-being projects, providing an accessible and creative way for children to enhance their confidence and self-esteem.’

That ‘seed’ has already become a ‘tree’ with many growing branches – and hundreds of youngsters have enjoyed coming together to do everything from recording an album to singing in front of Queen Camilla.

Tessa popped into my home for a chat and a cup of tea. Listen to our conversation via Wyatt’s Place – my podcast based on Spotify.
