You will have a chance, later this month, to view plans for the redevelopment of a prominent site in Bath.
A public consultation information event will be held on 26th October from 3-7pm concerning the demolition of Beazer House on the Lower Bristol Road and the building of an hotel in its place.
Information will be displayed in the reception area of Beazer House showing details for the demolition of the existing building, which is nearing the end of its economic life, to provide an innovatively designed 152 bed hotel with associated landscaping, improving biodiversity and enhancing the Lower Bristol Road’s environment.
Owners of the building, Frank Capital, will be showing details of the scheme and inviting people to learn more about the project and share feedback.
This event will provide an opportunity for residents, businesses, and stakeholders to get a comprehensive overview of the redevelopment plans, ask questions, and provide their insights and suggestions.
A planning application will be made in due course to B&NES Council.
All information on display will be available on 26th October on www.beazerhousedev.com
Another one? Just how many hotels does Bath need?
Wasn’t it originally a Stothert & Pitt building?
