An estimated two thousand people are expected to join a march through Bath on Saturday, October 28th.
It’s part of a West of England ‘day of action’ which will unite protestors representing groups campaigning for action in facing the environmental and political issues facing nature, climate and social justice.
The march – described as being part of a family-friendly day – will follow a gathering in Victoria Park which will include performances and speeches, before moving off to walk around the city.
I spoke this morning, via Zoom, with Mel Clarke of South West Unite and asked her why nature, climate and social justice groups had decided to come together in this way.
