Kaffe talks colour

This fading summer won’t go down in memory as one of the sunniest, but there’s one guaranteed bright and colourful spot in Bath for you to enjoy.

If you haven’t visited the Victoria Art Gallery yet to view Kaffe Fassett’s colourful quilts – in company with Candice Bahmouth’s grand rococo mirrors decorated with porcelain and china pieces – you should do! This rainbow-coloured exhibition is on until the end of September.

Kaffe is at Bath’s Guildhall this coming Sunday, 3rd September for a lecture called Colour Inspiration, in which he will reflect on his decades as one of the foremost creative forces in textile arts in the UK.

Kaffe will be talking about the ideas behind his current exhibition of dazzlingly beautiful quilts at the Victoria Art Gallery, Timeless Themes.

This is a wonderful opportunity to hear this creative and inspiring speaker talk about the ideas behind his innovative and remarkable textile designs.

The talk starts at 2pm and tickets can be booked via the Events page of the Victoria Art Gallery website.
