What a picture!

Looks like the Bath for Europe group may be lucky with the weather this Saturday, March 25th, when they gather on the lawn in front of the Royal Crescent to join in the ‘Day for Rejoin’ action by supporters taking place around the UK and the EU.

There’s no rain forecast for 12 midday when the group – and other neighbouring groups – gather for a Georgian-themed photo and that will include a large sign with a special message to be revealed on the day.

On their website – https://bathforeurope.com/2023/03/18/day-for-rejoin-georgian-themed-photo-in-bath-saturday-25th-march-12pm-noon-lawn-in-front-of-the-royal-crescent-victoria-park-bath/ – they say:

“Please join us at 12 noon sharp to assemble for the photo, which will go out on social media.  Come dressed in your European t-shirts, bEUrets, Regency period attire (if you have any), or just come as you are.

We hope to have a massive show of support.  Let’s send out a message that Bath remains a European city, Brexit is a disaster, as the country is starting to realise, and it’s high time we re-joined the Single Market – like lucky Northern Ireland, as PM Rishi Sunak pointed out!’
