A ‘Choirthon’ is a new one on me but that is what is planned for Saturday, June 10th at Walcot Methodist Church in Bath as part of the city’s Fringe Festival.
The man behind it is Musical Director, Matt Finch who is out to organise one long ten-hour concert to help raise money for the Syrian/Turkey Earthquake Appeal.
He is also hoping to bring together as many different local choirs as he can and that’s where – maybe – some of you reading this can help him!
I met him upstairs, at The Bath Townhouse in Milsom Street, to learn more.
