It’s a habit l know but, l lock up my bike opposite the Guildhall, and then glance up to the Abbey clock to check the time.
That’s despite the fact l wear a watch and could even glance at my smart phone.
I like being able to check the time on that church tower – and hear the quarters strike as l walk around town.
There are other old clocks that could be restored to aid those who hurry by AND, most importantly of all, l want to see the station clock back where it belongs at Bath Spa!
