Bath Rugby postponed fixture will be played at Kingsholm on Sunday 15 January at 15.15

Bath Rugby’s EPCR Challenge Cup match against Toulon will be played on Sunday 15 January at 15:15. The match will be played at Gloucester’s Kingsholm Stadium.
The fixture was originally scheduled to be played at The Rec on Saturday 14 January but was postponed following a pitch and stadium safety inspection by the referee, club safety officer and officials from both clubs. The inspection followed heavy and persistent rainfall, the rising river level and high groundwater levels.
The match will no longer take place at The Rec because further rainfall is forecast overnight and it cannot be guaranteed the situation will improve. Certainty is required for both sets of players, staff and supporters.
Since the confirmed postponement at The Rec, the club has worked quickly with EPCR to confirm an alternative venue to complete the fixture with supporters able to attend.
Ticketing details are currently being worked through with Gloucester and EPCR. The club will communicate information as soon as possible.
