Cleveland Bridge – who pays the bill?

Less than a week after Bath’s Cleveland Bridge reopened to two-way traffic – subject to a weight restriction – l was able to grab a chat with the B&NES cabinet member who has been overseeing the whole protracted and no-doubt expensive repair.
