Am hearing the new playground in Sydney Gardens is due to have its official opening next Monday when youngsters from a local school will be invited in to ‘christen’ the equipment.
Once all the publicity pictures have been done, and the youngsters have gone back to school, l take it the area will be open to all.
Grown-ups will have to form an orderly queue to have a go on the ‘adult’ swings – and that’s the only playground equipment they will be allowed on too!
