Mr Bob Mitchell was amongst those asking why Bath Abbey appears to be lit up at night now with colourful lights.
He says: ‘Do you know if this is a seasonal treat, or temporary for filming or maybe longer term? When the lights are white it looks splendid, but I’m not convinced about some of the colour variations!’
Well it’s down to personal taste Bob but it’s all explained in a Tweet on Twitter from those folks at the Abbey.
I went to have a look myself last night. A quick glance at Facebook will show you man y others have been enjoying this after dark treat.
Maybe this year we are being taught to view our city with a different eye – the lights drawing our attention to the architectural beauty around us we may have taken for granted.
