How and where we live these ‘golden years’ is at the heart of a proposal to create an innovative ‘community for life’ in the centre of our city.

This week’s ‘Bath On Tap’ talks to Eugene Marchese – the Australian-born architect and co-founder of Guild Living – a development firm set up by Legal and General – a top Uk financial services company – which has presented plans for a new-style retirement village beside the River Avon.

One – it’s said – that will “blend inter-generational facilities that are open to the public with world-class care and amenities – so residents can remain at the heart of our lives and communities.”
