Remember when the week-ends were different from the rest of the week?

I used the excuse of an early wake up to take a walk on the wild side. I am lucky l am able to do that.

Everything is fresh – after our two days of much-needed rain – and plant life continues to grow and flowers bloom with spring vigour.

I think it was Aristotle who said ‘One swallow does not make a Summer’ – well l saw two!
