Fingers crossed that the Easter week-end gives the green-fingered amongst us a chance to get out into the garden.
With that in mind, l have had a message from Paul Griffiths who is one of the Parks Managers based at the Royal Victoria Park in Bath.
He’s the man who manages the nursery which supplies the city’s flowers for its award-winning displays.
He wants me to let you know the nursery’s garden centre is open to the public over the Easter period.
Paul told me: ” The plants are all herbaceous perennials and have been re-potted over the winter in to 2 litre pots. So they’re well established and sizeable and a bargain!
We are opening 10am until 3pm each day – Good Friday to Easter Monday – and we accept both cash and cards.”
