  1. Yes a sad day indeed. But I understand their regular stock will still be available on line. Not quite the same as going in for a pen refill and coming out with Thank You cards, labels (jam and luggage), elastic bands, coloured felt-tips, kids paints etc etc and having had a friendly conversation.
