“There could be a promising cottage industry in Bath for designers who can come up with interesting ways of boarding up the many closed shops we’re seeing in that the council’s leader says is our “vibrant economy”.
This one – in New Bond Street – is a stand-out, so different from sheets of cardboard and newspaper – a stark black and white, complete with the handy, tourist-friendly message: Shop in Bristol.”
Not even that – ‘shop in Cribbs Causeway’. The centre of Bristol is pretty dismal too.
