There’s the annual Bath Carnival coming up this Saturday for starters – but according to many residents – there’s one growing local trend in which partying is getting out of control.
The Federation of Bath Residents’ Associations is going to press nationally for new regulations to control so-called ‘Party Houses.’
I asked their Chairman Robin Kerr to explain exactly what they were.
