Bath Abbey is going to be offering a very special way for the people of this city to help celebrate the Queen’s 90th birthday.
On Sunday, June 12th – as part of a whole day of events – the church will be hosting a special performance of I Was Glad by Hubert Parry and Zadok the Priest by George Frederic Handel.
However – here’s how things turn out a little differently – as it’s an opportunity for you to perform alongside the Abbey’s renowned Girls’ and Mens’ Choirs.
Everyone is welcome – young and old – and you don’t have to be a professional singer.
The music will be provided on the day but you’ll need to be able to take part in a rehearsal between 12 noon and 12.40 pm – with the final performance between 12.45 and 1pm.
