Half term heritage for kids

There’s lots going on for kids this February half-term at the Roman Baths, Fashion Museum and Victoria Art Gallery in Bath.

Why do we associate an owl with the goddess Minerva? Find out, and make a stick owl puppet, at the Roman Baths.

What can I make with a plastic bag?
Fashion Museum
15 Feb, 10.30am-12.30pm and 1.30pm-3.30pm
Included in admission price. Free for local Discovery Card holders.

Take a plastic bag and think creatively about how it could be made into an item of clothing. Use scissors, plastic bags, staplers and tape. Think: designer dress, waistcoat, trousers or even boots. Then strike a pose for the fashion slide show.
