After her forty years of service to the Mayor of Bath’s Corps of Honorary Guides, your Director is delighted to hear that Audrey Woods has also been duly recognised – during the Mayor of Bath’s Citizen of the Year Awards ceremony – for her work with the Corps and other voluntary organisations within the city.
I’m sure you will be delighted to hear that she was one of those selected this year to receive the award of a certificate, Citizen badge and Aqua Glass bowl.

Audrey was one of six finalists who were considered so deserving that they were all presented with a Citizen of the Year award!
The Mayor of Bath’s Citizen of the Year Award seeks to recognise exceptional volunteers who give their time and effort to helping other people without expecting anything in return.
The award is made to individuals who have contributed to the well-being of the City and its people by long-term voluntary work or one very special act and is open to residents of Bath, those who work in the City or who belong to a group based in Bath.
