The American Museum in Britain – based at Claverton Manor near the University of Bath – has opened for the season with a dazzler of an exhibition – which is a real rainbow 
winner.
It’s ‘The Colourful World of (textile and knitwear designer ) Kaffe Fassett’ and a lot of the welcoming warm-up of outdoor decorations that visitors will see on their way to the show have been created by the museum’s many dedicated volunteers.
They’ve been under the direction of a well-known local crafts and antiques expert called Rosie Wilks who has her own business on Bath’s London Road.
