Sally Helvey who is the Marketing Co-ordinator for the Cleveland Pools Trust here in Bath has been puzzling over our mystery photos in the ‘Your Say’ section of the Virtual Museum.
The Trust she works for is busily engaged in trying to restore the country’s only surviving Georgian lido – built in 1815 beside the River Avon on land owned by the Duke of Cleveland.

‘They show either side of the gateway off Perrymead which leads into the Catholic part of the Abbey cemetery in Ralph Allen Drive.
